Written confirmation e.g. by email. Upon receipt of the deposit amounting to 50% of the total price, the booking becomes effective and is thus confirmed (days blocked in calendar).

The full final payment is due without exception at the latest upon check-in! Please make sure you are prepared for this. For security reasons, check-in is not possible without full payment having been made!
